Mr & Mrs C told us on 18 February 2017

We did a survey over the phone and told we won a free holiday for 7 nights in Spain (Malaga).  We were told to pay £99 for the holiday.  We donít remember being told about the cooling off period but felt pressured to get into the contract.  We were promised that the contract will be 19 years and our property will be sold and we would benefit.  We feel the paying of maintenance fees is unfair as we already pay towards our property as promised.  We have used the service three times and had a poor experience.  Pressurised to purchase more.
