Mr Y told us on 15 September 2016

My late wife and I had an invitation to a presentation.  We were pressured into paying a deposit straight away or the offer could be gone there was no cooling off period.  We were promised that we could exchange the narrow boat to go anywhere around the world with RCI but in fact when we tried this the holidays we wanted were not available.  I have not been able to use the holidays as promised.
We were not told there was a perpetuity clause.  We would not have wanted our children to have to continue paying after our death.  I do not wish to leave this to my children as I feel it is a liability.  We would not have taken the narrow boat if we knew this would happen.
