To the best of my re collection:-

1) went to suntec city AJCC to claim refund

2) went to gold-n on pretext of solving all your maintenance fees and to recover money from AJCC

3) It has been 3 years and nothing has happned

4) Went to small claims Court, got judgement order and no money recovered

5) went to nixodorf - i did not pay any money
