Mrs B told us on 11 November 2015

We were telephoned on a Sunday evening and offered a free holiday.  We were told we would be asked to attend a "no obligation" presentation at the resort.  On this basis we agreed to go to the resort.  The presentation proved to be an intense sales pitch lasting several hours.  We were then told that if we could not continue to use our week, there would be the opportunity to sell it at a profit.  On this basis we agreed to proceed and were given numerous documents to sign, whilst we were assured that this would be a very good investment and would be much cheaper than conventional package holidays.  This has proved not to be the case.  I do not wish to leave this to my daughter, who would never be in a position to benefit from this.
