On 29th October 2015 Mrs M told us:

I was sold a property in Las Vegas after a 5 hour sales pitch, this also included RCI membership.  After a pressurised sales presentation we exchanged this week for 1 week with Heritage Resorts.  Maintenance fees have been paid promptly but there has been little sign of improvement in the holiday apartment - tired décor, old tv, no Wi-Fi, few facilities.

On my last visit I was informed of the perpetuity clause and was offered a fractional for £6,500 with an immediate deficit of £2000
