ITRA has placed an advert in the Monarch inflight magazine for the next 6 months:
"Timeshare End of an Era - A tale of how timeshare owners have suffered at the hands of a greedy industry and how the tables could be turning!"

Ok, so this invites more people to join in but can you provide an update please to those of us who joined ages ago. Are there any timescales or plan when things might happen, please?

Yes I agree, it sounds great that your opening up to more people and widening your cliental, but when are we going to see anything for the people who have been with you for over a year? Are you any closer to taking RCI to court in an effort to try and win lost funds back? Thanks

what would be really useful is a list of companies that will genuinely buy the timeshare without up front fees. there are so man that if a genuine one does contact i am loathe to trust them. can you provide this information.

I am in the same situation. I have received 2 cheques from Monarch, but I am still not happy with the amount offered to cover my accommodation - ?8 per night is their offer. I dont know whether to try a legal route - is the Small Claims Court the way forward? Has anyone got more that ?8 per night from Monarch ,and if so, how?
