As you may or may not know, we are commencing a claim against RCI .

In order to complete the information that will be needed for the Court, the legal team has asked us to obtain more detailed information from you in relation to your experiences of attempting to exchange under the RCI Exchange Programme. Many members have already completed the questionnaire and from their responses they have been identified as suitable for inclusion in the Claim.

To help achieve our objectives, we have opted to use an internet survey-based method. This type of survey is the most effective means of gathering information from a large sample size.

The RCI Questionnaire is a follow-up to the paper ?Pre-Qualification Survey? you may have initially completed at a consultation clinic.

Please note the RCI Questionnaire is specifically designed to find the the problematic areas and alleged abusive practices concerning RCI and the RCI Exchange system. We must be able to document the details of your dissatisfaction with RCI and the RCI Exchange Programme, otherwise you may not qualify to be included in the "RCI Claim" and/or be entitled to compensation in the event of a successful outcome.

It is not enough to say you are not happy ? we need evidence of why the RCI Exchange programme did not work for you.

We understand the questions are a test of memory, however we ask that you do your best to think back and recall to the best of your abilities the holidays you took, and your attempts to exchange your timeshare. Perhaps you have some documentation stored which will help jog your memory.

We remind everyone that it is extremely important to complete the questionnaire. If you do not complete the questionnaire, we cannot assist you further in seeking compensation.

Please note the following IMPORTANT items:

1. There are many people who have returned the questionnaire, BUT without any Contact Information.

Unless we have your Contact Information we will not be able to include you in any claim.

2. If you do not receive, a reply from ITRA, or the solicitors, stating that we have received your questionnaire, then there is a good chance you did not complete the Contact Information section.

Please contact us if you have completed a RCI Questionnaire and have not had a reply.

3. We encourage everyone to please add additional comments and information, the more the better, and to answer all the questions. If you are having difficulty answering any of the questions, please write your comments in the areas provided in some questions, and particularly in Questions No.'s 64 & 65.

4. Please keep abreast of all new developments by visiting our our website, at: (In particular, please click on the tab, NEWSROOM)

5. Additionally, if you know of family or friends in a similar situation as yours, please let us know and we will email the RCI Questionnaire to them.

6. To open and complete the RCI Questionnaire, please click on the following link:

We appreciate that completing these questionnaires is time consuming, but your efforts are greatly appreciated and are paramount in our efforts to seek justice and compensation on behalf of disaffected RCI members.
