Just over a year ago I posted a comment about my attempts to get MacDonalds to process the Deed of Transfer we sent them in 2008 for a week at Plas Talgarth which they had agreed to take back, but then refused to process unless we paid the fees that had 'accrued' because of their procrastination.      Nothing positive has happened, but they are no longer sending default notices or threats, and in last years AGM a possible future scheme for taking back timeshares was discussed but it would not be available to anyone who is already behind with their Management Charges.   Have there been any changes in the global situation that might help?    We are getting older and even less able to use (or afford) the timeshare.
